Can I join even if I haven't played hockey before? Of course, we have many people join who haven't played before. We offer a variety of hockey sessions throughout the week for various abilities. We also support Rush Hockey, an England Hockey Programme that is all about having fun!
I don't have any kit or equipment, can I still play? Yes we provide lots and lots of sticks, balls and many of our members are able to supply spare shoes, shin pads. so whatever you need, we have it!
How many girls and boys do you have in the club? Depends year on year, but usually it is a 50/50 split. Hockey is very popular with both sex's as we train and socialise together.
When do you play fixtures? Games are on Wednesdays and start around mid October through till end of March. We have 8 teams playing on a Wednesday, so even if you don't have a game you can still come down and support the rest of the club.
